NORTH LONDON DESIGN AND BUILD FIRM PLAN C CELEBRATE THEIR 10TH ANNIVERSARY

Founding partners and twin brothers Pierre and Christian Carboni set up their family run expert building and development firm Plan C ten years ago. Having previously worked in property together for over 25 years, they have extensive experience of London’s housing market, coupled with a background in building and a passion for design. Known for their ability to create outstanding results, and driven by a commitment to excellence, the team at Plan C seamlessly marry the functionality and flair of a property. This has led to an impressive portfolio of loyal clients in both the residential and commercial sectors.

Plan C prides itself on providing a highly personalised and flexible service, being on hand from planning through to completion with carefully considered project management. They work with a core team of architects, engineers, tradesmen and artisan craftsmen who all share the company’s core values and bring a wealth of experience and expertise. Recent commercial projects include the complex, bespoke and highly stylised workspace for pH+ architects in Hoxton, London, which demanded an exacting standard of finish. Margaux’s award-winning boutique hairdressing salon’s in London appointed Plan C for the creation of their bespoke, unique, and hard-working spaces.

In the residential sphere, Plan C have erected modern new build homes – both detached and terraced – as well as complete renovations of existing properties. They work in close partnerships with architects and designers, often incorporating bespoke lighting solutions and custom-made joinery.
