We have used The Carboni Brothers and Plan C for three projects now.
They firstly carried out a loft extension, rear extension and full refurbishment and then, more recently, designed and built a beautiful garden room for us, along with garden landscaping. In addition to this, they refurbished a local rental property for us.
We could not be more happy with the result - their ideas and attention to detail have managed to add impressive modern touches, whilst being sensitive to the period features of the property.
I would warmly recommend them both for their workmanship and their ability to listen to our needs and execute them on time and to budget.
From our first meeting with Plan C we felt that they understood our long term vision for the house, could help us with a plan to get there, and would be able to deliver it. They spent a lot of time with us explaining details and options before we went ahead and took them on.
The team have had a lot of input into our plans both in terms of practicalities and creative ideas. We were keen to respect the original features of the house which Plan C have done wherever possible and the character of the property has been retained. The attention to detail is excellent and we know the finish on the house will be of a high standard.
Our team on site have been (and continue to be) amazing. It’s a consistent team so they get to know the house and clearly have a good level of understanding with each other.
We have faced particularly difficult situations with a neighbour and the Plan C team have been extremely supportive and helpful throughout.
