CAMDEN
Location: Camden, London
Architect: Tasou Associates
Photography: Rory Gardiner
Description: We were commissioned by Tasou Associates on behalf of their client, BTU Group, to convert this former mews garage in the centre of Camden into a sleek and practical office space that would retain and enhance its unique setting and heritage but also embrace a modern design aesthetic.

The results speak for themselves. A stunning bespoke metal staircase takes centre stage and the interior incorporates a wealth of design features, including Critical style fenestration, exposed brickwork, bespoke joinery and a terrazzo basin vanity.

We are thrilled that the project has been recently shortlisted for Architects Journal Small Projects Awards - an award which showcases the best architectural schemes built for 250,000 or less.

The project has also reached the shortlist for the Architects Journal Retrofit Awards and will feature in the RIBA Directory 2019.
