One of our own projects, this flat formed part of a whole building refurbishment, comprising both residential and commercial units and involved adding a new floor to the original 1960s block.

 

This penthouse apartment makes the most of its incredible views over the rooftops to the iconic Alexandra Palace and beyond.

 

Designed and fitted out in homage to the classic New York loft, we incorporated unique touches and introduced a varied palette of materials; including timber, brick, zinc, marble and micro-cement.
